Grace Irvine is Managing Director of family business McNally Joinery specialising in the manufacture and installation of high end, bespoke joinery. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Grace joined the business in 2016 and with the help of Lean transformed the business into a viable, thriving company.
Wim De Jongh. Wim was born in Dublin but grew up in Holland. He spent 25 years as a senior executive in a Multinational Packaging Company before he got to the stage where he wanted to be his own boss.
A lifelong love of quality beer, having grown up drinking Dutch and Belgian beers from Craft breweries meant establishing a micro-brewery was a logical progression of his career.
Sarah Murphy is the CEO of Jack Murphy Clothing, a third-generation family-run heritage brand based in Dublin. Founded by her grandfather in the 1940s, the company has grown into a global name in luxury outerwear, specialising in waterproof, wax, and tweed garments. Working closely with her father and brother, Sarah blends tradition with modern marketing to expand the brand’s international reach. She is a passionate advocate for slow fashion, sustainability, and Irish craftsmanship.
