This introductory webinar will introduce the Grow Your Business Programme which takes place from 9 October to 27 November 2025. This programme will commence & finish with an “in-person” session in Tullamore. The other sessions will be held online. The sessions will be 2.5 hours in duration. Each participant will also be able to avail of two one to one sessions with the trainers John Gannon and Stephen Ryan of Gannon Consulting Accountants & Narration Marketing.

This programme will focus on developing a strategic approach to growing a business while gaining a greater understanding of the Business Purpose, Customer Value Proposition and Business Model with practical guidance on Pricing, Finance, including profitability and margin analysis & Cash-flow, Sales & Marketing and Personal Effectiveness, while at all times keeping focus on the ultimate goal of helping participants to devise a strategic growth plan, with specific, measurable objectives and actions.

Stephen Ryan is the Managing Director with Narration Marketing which focuses on growing a  business through brand storytelling, mentoring & training a vast array of businesses from Startups to larger Irish organisations.
