• To provide a step-by-step process for developing a realistic and actionable business plan
• To build confidence in managing core aspects of running a business, from marketing to finance
• To help participants avoid common startup mistakes through practical, experience-based learning

Objectives:

• Identify personal financial needs and translate them into business revenue goals
• Define target customers, analyze competitors, and choose the right business structure
• Understand legal, compliance, and insurance requirements for startups
• Learn to manage time, stress, and productivity effectively as a business owner
• Explore funding options and financial supports (LEO, MFI, grants, etc.)
• Develop a comprehensive, goal-oriented business plan
• Create a marketing strategy tailored to your business and budget
• Build an online presence and understand e-commerce fundamentals
