Recent times have shown us the ability to trade online effectively is crucial in order for some businesses to survive.  This online audit will focus on participants who have developed an e-Commerce website through the Trading Online Voucher and who wish to achieve maximum revenue through online sales.

• All participants will need to submit their website details prior to the scheduled meeting and then an online meeting can be arranged via Zoom in order to facilitate the meeting.
• Each participant will receive an audit of their current website in a review document and any recommendations and areas of improvement will be highlighted with suggestions on how to develop and improve their e-Commerce website going forward. 
• The online meeting will allow participants to raise any questions about the review document, and to answer any concerns or issues they are experiencing through online selling.
