Future-Proof Your Business with Transformational, Digital, and Sustainable Strategies
On 3rd July 2025, over 70 entrepreneurs, business owners, and self-employed professionals from Fingal gathered at the Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport for the Fingal Business Network’s first event of the year.

The event focused on empowering local businesses through transformational, digital, and sustainable programmes - equipping them with practical tools and inspiring success stories to help them navigate growth in a rapidly changing world.
The morning opened with tea, coffee, and networking, followed by a welcome from Oisín Geoghegan, Head of Enterprise, and Deirdre Carroll, Senior Enterprise Development Executive.
The core of the event was a compelling panel discussion, moderated by Noel Davidson, Director of Training at the Entrepreneurs Academy. Noel guided an engaging conversation with three prominent Fingal-based business leaders, each sharing their personal journey of transformation and innovation:
Grace Irvine, Managing Director, McNally Joinery – a Chartered Accountant who used Lean methodologies to restructure and revitalise her family business.
Sarah Murphy, CEO, Jack Murphy Clothing – leading a third-generation Irish heritage brand with a strong focus on sustainability and international expansion.
Wim De Jongh, Founder & MD, Hope Beer – who transitioned from a multinational executive role to establishing one of Ireland’s most recognised craft breweries.
