That’s exactly what the Fingal Enterprising Women’s Network (FEWN) is all about – supporting growth, learning and meaningful connection. This upcoming event brings all of that together, with a special celebration to mark ten years since our very first FEWN gathering.
Proudly hosted by LEO Fingal and facilitated by Sharon Rossignuolo, this milestone event is more than just a networking morning – it’s an opportunity to gain fresh perspective, connect with purpose, and be inspired.
To help us mark the occasion, we’re thrilled to welcome Caroline Keeling, one of Fingal’s most successful business leaders, as our keynote speaker.
Caroline is a Non-Executive Director and the former CEO of Keelings, one of Ireland’s largest fruit and vegetable distributors and a global, family-owned business dating back to the 1920s.
Caroline now leads her own investment company, CBA Ventures, which focuses on Digital and Nutritional Healthcare. In addition, Caroline brings her expertise to several commercial and philanthropic boards. She serves as Chair of BEATS Medical, is a National Council member of IBEC, and a Board Member of Enterprise Ireland’s Leadership 4 Growth (L4G).
Her philanthropic work includes board roles with the Ifrah Foundation, Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, and Valid Nutrition, where she supports global nutrition and social enterprise.
Outside the boardroom, Caroline has also proudly represented Ireland in the Polo World Cup.
She’ll share her powerful journey, including practical business lessons and insights that will inspire you—no matter where you are in your own journey.
