System update Monday 14th July 2025 from 10am-12 noon

We are updating from V1 to V2 on the Submit Platform. Submit - V2 will have more functionality, improved interface and should be a better experience for clients/admin.

In order to facilitate the upgrade, the platform needs 2 hours of downtime which will be taking place on Monday 14^th July 2025 from 10am-12 noon. 

Clients can continue draft applications after the upgrade.
