Growing your business requires you to grow your leadership
skills and awareness. Leadership development requires a journey. Up to 12 Fingal business owner/managers will be accepted onto this pilot programme commencing in January 2025 and to conclude in April 2025. The journey will include an innovative and valuable suite of supports including a residential leadership retreat and a University Field Trip to TU Dublin to allow participants to experience best practice in Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

Programme Costs and Application
The programme is subsidised by LEO Fingal so the cost to selected participants is just €400 fully inclusive of the suite of supports over the six month programme:
- Monthly masterclass
- Individual expert coaching sessions
